Tuan Hj Basari bin Misran. Father-son. He originates from the village of Parit Haji Ali, Batu Pahat, Johor. When Tuan Hj Basari was alive and well, he fought persistently to assist one of Malaysia's renowned former Prime Ministers, Tun Haji Abdul Razak bin Dato’ Hussein (from 1963-1976), as his loyal and trusted bodyguard. Because of his shrewdness and aptitude, he was deemed an excellent candidate for many positions of importance, including Police Officer (1962) during his earlier stages, then the RMP Air Wing Unit (1979, eventually being advocated to Operations Officer); he gained many distinctions and received accreditation by the Royal Malaysian Air Force; and ultimately, he had served as the respected Village Head 1989 of Kampung Parit Haji Ali, Parit Raja for a total of 13 years. As an affectionate father and great role model to his 4 beloved kids and also best known as the devoted spouse to Madam Arwah Hjh Saniyah, his remarkable vitality and achievements continue to resonate to this day

Also, he retains his beloved late mother's fondness of singing, which still burns in his soul. Therefore, he was also given the flattering title of "Singing Pharmacy General" at his workplace since then. Furthermore, he extended gratitude to his beloved late father for his pioneering spirit and dedication to the family; he has been a source of strength to him, motivating him to strive ahead of his time; Sends an appreciation love attention to his loving wife for being his staunch supporter and for her dedication to taking care of the family while providing him with peace of mind at work. Finally, he wishes all of his beautiful children the courage to pursue their aspirations and continue to make their family proud as individuals grow and attain their life goals. The rest is the incredible narrative of Dato' Halim's glory and unwavering commitment to serving the community to the best of his ability
