Additionally, he facilitated the opening of several prominent outlets within Amerin Mall, including McDonald's Drive Through, Lulu Supermarket, Mr DIY, and Burger King, securing rental collection deals ranging from RM 18,000 to RM 38,000 per month. Furthermore, he excelled in real estate sales, successfully selling residential and commercial properties totaling RM 380 million to date. Moreover, he demonstrated his entrepreneurial prowess by selling 550,000 boxes of the Tiao Zhan Zhi Lu Cash Flow Board Game both locally and overseas.
