Hafiz said that he founded AHY Geotech Marine two months after his final exam, and he managed to get a project in Kuantan Port right away. It was fine at the beginning until he accepted a job to supply manpower and antenna installation for communication tower on 2016. Later did he find out that the project he was working on, paid him less than what he supposed to receive. During this time, he had no money to sustain his expenses and had no choice but to sent his wife and newborn baby to hometown. Hafiz said, that did not break his spirit at all. He knew that he had a great contract team and he knew that he could get better offer in the future. He was right. Until today, his company never stopped receiving jobs/tenders from both government and private companies

Hafiz said that his reason of success mainly because of his family. He had the dream to change his family financial status since he was a kid. And he believes that "Poverty is not a problem but the mindset to stay in poverty is a problem"
