She embarked on her professional journey as a Management Trainee at PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk, one of the world's leading FMCG companies, dedicating 26 years to shaping iconic brands. Her first 16 years was brand marketing role, winning market share for brands such as Lifebuoy, Lux, Rinso, Sariwangi and Bango. Her career took a pivotal turn when she was entrusted with leading the Media Division as a Media Director (2011–2015), a role that challenged her to strategise advertising and content placement across TV and digital platforms in Southeast Asia. It was the most demanding and exhilarating phase of her career — where she thrived under the spotlight, collaborating with top-tier media agencies & platform, shaping Unilever’s brand narratives, and commanding the stage in many prestigious public forums. The recognition she received for her work boosted her passion, reaffirming her ability to drive impact on a grand scale. In recognition of her remarkable ability to elevate brands in the market, she was appointed Managing Director at Unilever Enterprise Indonesia (2016–2019), the sister company of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. Leading with vision, she drove the team toward ambitious targets, orchestrating strategic direction, and laying the foundation for essential infrastructure and systems. Yet, amidst the success, she found herself drawn to a deeper passion — building meaningful connections between people and brands. Embracing this realisation, Unilever offered her the opportunity to step into a more fulfilling role as HR Business Partner and Employer Branding Lead (2019–2020), overseeing the second-largest department in the company. Here, she discovered the importance of balancing IQ, EQ and SQ, a vital combination for driving impactful leadership and individual relation. One of her proudest achievements was Kami.Unilever & UNI-Live, an initiative she created — creating deeper engagement with young potential talent for the organisation. At the end of 2020, she took a bold step beyond the FMCG industry, venturing into Kawan Lama Group — a powerhouse of multi-sector enterprises which manages 28 brand portfolios across six dynamic industries. Embracing this new challenge, she seized a dual leadership opportunity, serving as Director of Strategic Marketing Services at Kawan Lama Group and Director of Human Capital and Business Partner at PT Home Center Indonesia (Informa).
