One of his greatest achievements beyond formal awards is his success, along with his management team, in building and maintaining the company's existence until it became one of the largest independent distribution companies in Indonesia. Amidst industry dynamics and intense competition, he successfully led the company to continue to grow significantly, particularly in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. The company he leads is now a highly respected distribution partner and the primary choice for many national and international brands. For him, this achievement is a form of personal pride for his dedication and consistent hard work

Horse Riding

His personal magic moment began with a love of horse racing that had grown since childhood and was inherited from his family, particularly his father and grandfather. Departing from this passion, he built a private ranch to raise horses, purely as a hobby without any commercial expectations. However, over time, this activity grew significantly. The ranch, which began as a personal endeavour, later succeeded in producing quality horses that were able to compete at the national level. This experience marked a pivotal point in his life, where his personal passion, pursued with consistency and sincerity, actually made a real contribution to the advancement of horse racing sports in Indonesia. For him, this was one of those personal magic moments that was unplanned but gave him a sense of pride in his life and career

Looking ahead, he aims to continue fostering and ensuring the sustainable growth of the company he currently leads, even after he is no longer active in his managerial position. Despite serving as a director, he emphasises that he is acting purely professionally without any shareholding involvement. Therefore, one primary focus of his is to prepare a leadership succession capable of taking the company to greater heights. In the long term, he also plans to start dedicating more time to his family and enjoying the quality of life that has been marginalised due to his busy work schedule

For him, the key to success lies in two simple yet fundamental principles, be positive and love what you do. A positive attitude fosters a constructive perspective in facing challenges and strengthens relationships with the work environment. Meanwhile, deeply loving one's work makes every process feel lighter and more meaningful. By adhering to these two principles, he has been able to pursue a consistent career, build a strong work ethic, and achieve significant accomplishments throughout his professional journey.
