Adhika was awarded a scholarship to pursue his Master's degree abroad, whereas he decided to defer it and focus on his learning in the new HR field. His life then took an unexpected turn — his father, a pillar of strength, suffered a stroke. Asking questions is a sign of humility, engagement, and growth — there is no such thing as a silly question. Every inquiry is a step toward deeper understanding. By refusing to limit his possibilities, he has opened the first door that once felt out of reach.
