Currently, involvement in social activities such as volunteering or charity has not been done routinely and intensively. The activities that he has done so far are more individual, such as visits to orphanages, but have not been part of an organised programme or a specific volunteer group. In the future, he plans to participate more actively and in a structured manner in various social activities in order to make a more significant contribution to society.

Throughout his career, he views achievement as part of a continuous learning process, not as an end point. He feels that there is still room to improve efficiency and continue to develop himself. With the principle of never stopping learning, he sees every achievement as a stage in the process of professional growth. In addition, he actively learns not only from large companies, but also from small companies that are considered to have high operational accuracy. Through networks and discussion forums with colleagues in various regions, including factories in Central Java, he continues to enrich his insights and experiences. For him, the journey towards achievement is still ongoing and has not yet reached its end

One of the most memorable moments that shaped him into the person he is today is the big role of his mother. He grew up in a family with a single mother who had to struggle hard to finance the education of her four children. His mother's exemplary and hard-working spirit became the main source of motivation for him to continue to strive and achieve success in life. As a son in the family, he felt a moral responsibility to repay the struggle, one of which was by ensuring the success of education for the next generation. The values ​​of perseverance, dedication, and a sense of responsibility instilled by his parents became an important foundation in his life and career journey.

In future planning, in addition to focussing on his main career, he also has an ambition to develop a business in the agricultural sector that he has pioneered. Although currently the business is still run in his spare time, especially on weekends, he hopes to be able to expand the scale of the business together with colleagues who have a similar vision. Agriculture is one of the fields that he wants to pursue more seriously, especially as preparation for productive activities after retirement. For him, developing this business is not only for personal sustainability, but also as a real contribution to the development of the agricultural sector in the surrounding community.

According to him, the main key to achieving success lies in honesty, perseverance, and the spirit to continue learning anytime and anywhere. He emphasised the importance of an attitude of never giving up in facing challenges, as well as openness to change, both in management and the dynamics of the work environment. The ability to adapt is an important value that he always holds. In addition, he believes that loving the work you do and having a strong passion for what you do are essential factors in achieving long-term success.
