Throughout his life and career, he has been actively involved in various social activities, consistently carried out to this day. Since 2005, he has routinely donated blood every three months, including one he will do again on the 20th of this month at the RW 012 office, where he lives. In addition, through motorcycle communities such as the Harley Davidson Club Indonesia and the Freedom Riding Community, he participates in social activities that include providing assistance in the form of food and funds, especially during natural disasters, the months of Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr, and Christmas celebrations. His social concern has also been evident since the early days of raising a family, where since 1995, together with his children, he has routinely donated basic necessities such as rice, milk, and instant food to the Jakarta Provincial Government's Toddler Orphanage on Jalan Raya Ceger. This activity is not only intended as a form of concern, but also as an educational tool for his children to grow with a sense of gratitude and empathy for others

For him, life's achievements are not solely measured by material aspects or formal achievements, but by the ability to live life with gratitude and sincerity. In the last 10-15 years, he came to realise the importance of surrender and trust that everything in life, including birth, marriage, fortune, illness, and death, has been arranged by God. For him, the greatest achievement is being able to live a fulfilling life, watching his children grew up and have a family in good health, and being given the opportunity to live after experiencing a near-death experience due to a heart attack on June 15, 2019. Although previously declared healthy through a complete medical examination, he was unconscious for about 20 minutes. This event was a spiritual turning point that strengthened his belief that life is a gift and every moment of life is part of an achievement that should be appreciated

One of the most memorable moments in his life is closely related to his career. In 2008, after returning from Bangkok and completing his collaboration with Belka Refinisi Indonesia since 2006, he faced a difficult transition. Although his wife encouraged him to return to work as an employee, he realised that at the age of 51, finding a job in a company was not easy. This situation actually became a turning point that shaped him today. With determination and courage, he decided to build his own business and establish PT. Kelie Chemical World, marking a major step that symbolises the spirit of independence and a significant achievement in his life. This decision not only brought about changes in his professional aspect but also fostered the belief that every challenge in life can be a door to new and more meaningful opportunities

He envisions continuing to deliver excellent service through his company, with a strong focus on renewable energy, particularly hydrogen through a collaboration with PLN Pusat to develop Indonesia's hydrogen ecosystem. He also advances his halal-certified, water-based disinfectants and hand sanitisers, tested by institutions like Bio Farma. For him, sustaining this business is both a livelihood and a meaningful contribution to society and the environment

For him, success doesn't stem solely from hard work, as is commonly believed. He believes that the assertion that hard work is the key to success is a myth, as many people around the world work hard without ever achieving the desired success. Instead, he believes that true success stems from a sincere love for the work they do. Based on his experience leading teams and building businesses, he formulated a work philosophy which he calls, the Three Cs (3Cs): Care, Communication, and Cooperation. First: Care reflects concern for the work environment and personal responsibility for even small matters, such as a leaky faucet. Second: Communication, because care will encourage effective communication between departments. Third: Cooperation, which is the result of good communication and genuine concern. For him, these three principles are what build the foundation of a solid and sustainable team, and have been the main keys in his long career and business journey to this day.
