CASA - CIVIL AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES

She has been active in social activities through her role as Secretary at the Cahaya Guru Foundation since 2007. The foundation's mission is to equip teachers with a deeper understanding of the values of diversity, humanity and nationality. Although not intensively involved in programme implementation, she monitors and supports various foundation activities, including flagship programmes such as the Diversity Teacher School (SGK - Sekolah Guru Kebhinekaan) which aims to help teachers understand how to integrate the values of inclusivity and diversity into the classroom learning process, for example in responding to students from minority religious groups so that they feel valued and not marginalised. The foundation does not develop a new curriculum but enriches the implementation of the official curriculum with insights and approaches that foster tolerance and diversity. In carrying out its activities, the Cahaya Guru Foundation partners with organisations that have a similar vision, without shifting its focus to issues outside its main mandate, such as teacher welfare which is the responsibility of the government. Her involvement in this foundation reflects her personal commitment to contributing to the development of national character through inclusive and equitable education

Previously, she had a professional career starting in 1993, with her last position as Senior Vice President at BTPN Syariah. PMM - PERSONAL MAGIC MOMENTS

One of her personal magic moments was the awakening of her soul in 2010, which marked the beginning of a profound spiritual journey and search for deeper meaning in life. This inner transformation eventually led her to start her own professional path as an individual business owner in January 2015, through the establishment of Executive Coach Indonesia. Driven by a strong calling to guide others in discovering their true talents and growing into their authentic selves, she embraced the mission encapsulated in her brand’s tagline, "Find your path, grow to who you really are."

OA - OTHER ACTIVITIES

Looking ahead, she sees retirement not as the end, but as the beginning of a new journey. At the age of 55, with more than a decade of experience building Executive Coach Indonesia, she feels that she has mature provisions — ranging from thousands of training participants and dozens of clients to training modules that have proven effective. Her main focus now is to share the values and experiences she has gained with a wider community, not only limited to the world of banking and consultinortant than sg. She wants to expand the impact of Executive Coach Indonesia so it can provide added value to more individuals and organisations. In addition, she is committed to continuously developing herself to stay relevant with advancements in technology and leadership, including participating in various training programmes and further education. For her, maintaining quality and trust is far more important than simply pursuing business targets, and she chooses to work only in environments that truly value what she has to offer

ROS - REASON OF SUCCESS

Her secret to success lies in living a life that is deeply aligned with purpose and authenticity. She believes in finding one’s true path and fulfilling life by wholeheartedly walking that journey. For her, success is not merely about professional accomplishments, but rather, about treating life as a vocation - something driven by inner calling rather than external rewards. She upholds three core values - humility, charity, and sincerity - acknowledging that these virtues are often shaped through failures and life’s toughest lessons. While success remains a goal, she embraces failure as a vital part of growth, believing that it is through those challenges that one becomes whole.
