2005-2009 Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from UiTM Pulau Pinang; 2009-2013 Bachelor's Degree (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from UiTM Malaysia; 2018-2023 Master's in Project Management from OUM

2008-2009 Mr Agus started his career as a substitute teacher at Sekolah Rendah Islam Bahrul Ulum, Penang for a year; 2013- He progressed after completing his degree education and held the title of Trainee Engineer at Timatch Resources Sdn Bhd, Kinabatangan Treatment Plant (Water Treatment Plant); 2014- After gaining experience as a trainee, he climbed up the corporate ladder and became the Assistant Engineer at the Power House Department of Ikutmaju Sdn Bhd; 2015- Mr Agus was then attached to Sedafiat Sdn Bhd at Hospital Tawau Facility of Engineering Maintenance Services (FEMS) as a Mechanical Engineer; 2020- He progressed within the company itself and held the position of Mechanical Engineer at Sedafiat's Head Office, Kota Kinabalu overlooking the data analysis and security department. He also manages the innovation and technology department within the same company too to date; 2024- Mr Agus is also the founder of Mind-Prof Legacy (Trading Licence) which focuses on Training and Event Management

Involvement with NGO, He is the founder of the SAPTT (Sabah Association of Professional Technicians & Technologists), which plays a key role in driving the professional and technical community in Sabah. He is also involved in SOSHEA (Sabah Occupational Safety, Health and Environment Association) where he conducts programmes in line with the theme of safety of workers and also conducts seminars with the purpose of providing awareness for the general public; He also conducted Webinar Mingguan for SAPTT (Sabah Association of Professional Technologists and Technicians) where he planned the weekly webinar for the sole reason of encouraging innovation and upscaling the professional standard in the technological and technical fields in Sabah. He is also the event coordinator of Sedafiat Excellent Team (SET) since 2020 where he plays an important role in the conduct of multiple events to encourage technology, innovation and creativity within the organisation while encouraging the spirit of teamwork

Hailing from a simple family where his parents were grocery store owners and sold tempe at Pasar Besar Tawau, has taught him that every success is derived from hard work. He learned that the road to success is paved with sincere effort from your end, help from those that care for you and shieled you from external negative influences. He had faced difficulties in his early years of education and could only read when he was 10 years old. Despite the difficulties that he faced, he continued with dedication to keep learning even though he was faced with shame and fear. His dedication bore fruit when he learned to read within one year of putting in his full effort. In his college years, he was marked as an "extend student" and was called "pelajar langar dinding" as for he took 4.5 years to complete his diploma. His mother was very disappointed in him but he never gave up and he successfully completed his education and also soldiered on until he completed his Master's studies; He also treasures the good memories that he has created alongside his friends from UiTM which became a pivoting point in his life to understand the meaning of life and true friends

Obtained Personel Sistem Persijilan Kemahiran Malaysia (SPKM) JPK under the code of F432-007-3:2020: Pemasangan dan Penyelenggaraan Satu Fasa Penyamanan Udara, Pengudaraan, Pemanasan (HVAC), ME-020-4:2012: Pengurusan Rekabentuk, Pemasangan & Penyelenggaraan HVAC and ME-020-5:2012: Pengurusan Rekabentuk, Pemasangan & Penyelenggaraan HVAC; Also holds the positions of Pegawai Pengesah Luaran Sistem Latihan Dual Nasional (PPL-SLDN), Pegawai Pengesah Luaran Sistem Latihan Pusat Bertauiah (PPL-SLaPB) and Pegawai Penilai Pengiktirafan Pencapaian Terdahulu (PP-PPT) here.; Under the panel of Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT), Mr Agus is on the Panel Penilai Majlis Akreditasi Teknologi Dan Teknikal (TTAC) and Panel Penilai Profesional of Lembaga Teknologis Malaysia (MBOT). He also dedicates his time to being the Penasihat Industri “Technical Advisory Committee – TAC” advisor

His success lies heavily on the ground of prayers and support that he has received throughout his life journey. His parents have always showered their blessings on him while his wife has always tirelessly accompanied and encouraged him on every step of the journey. Also dedicates his success to the teachers that has guided him formally and informally throughout the years.
