In 2009, Alex Tay was among the first to assist in the establishment of a banking and services hub in Malaysia that exclusively serves the Singaporean market, among other crucial initiatives. Due to his outstanding expertise and superior services, he experienced numerous moments of glory in his life, notable being dubbed "Successful People In Malaysia-Singapore 7th Edition" as a result of his glory and development of his professional existence and the group's success!

In 2000, Ts. DDr. Alex Tay made the decision to move to Kuala Lumpur from Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. After 24 years of hard work, effort and persistence, he found his special calling and achieved success in the career he chose! Gazing back, he had dreamed of becoming a police officer since he was a young child. He once adamantly refused to go with a group of pals on a holiday to Vietnam, in favour of a police shooting assessment. Due to his absence, other companions were also coerced into forgoing their original vacation plans out of their own free will. In the end, he passed the assessment and was accepted into the Police Volunteer Reserve of Polis Diraja Malaysia (2014-2022). Through dedication and diligence, he has invested in real estate while he pursued his career. Since 2006, when he started with zero, he now owns over 20 properties during peak times, including properties in Sky Suites KLCC & Sentral Suites KL Sentral, among others. Today, he is grateful to his parents for giving him a wonderful upbringing, especially to his devoted mother and beloved sister for their unspoken support, which enabled him to follow his dreams as he is the youngest. As a devoted husband and father to 2 amazing kids, he expresses his sincere appreciation to his loving wife for her unwavering belief in him and her acceptance of all of his choices. Lastly, he wants his children to pursue their goals, possess the courage to face life's challenges head-on, and choose the path to success.
