He is a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Trisakti University in West Jakarta, Indonesia (2000 - 2004). Beyond his formal education, he has continually honed his expertise through prestigious certifications that elevate his professional standing. In 2017, he earned the Certified Enterprise Risk Governance credential from the Enterprise Risk Management Academy with the International scale of certification. A year later, in 2018, he further distinguished himself with the Qualified Chief Risk Officer certification from CRMS Indonesia, marking him as a leader in navigating complex risk landscapes. Recognising the power of legal advocacy, he went on to secure his Advocate License from the Association of Advocate Licence Issuers in 2024.

Having a high passion in Laws, he began his career as a Legal Officer in Bank Ekonomi (a Group of PT Bank HSBC Indonesia) from 2005 - 2006, and Corporate Legal Counsel at PT Kalbe Farma from 2006 - 2008, and later at PT Dos Ni Roha from 2008 - 2010. Five years of relentless pursuit in the legal field led him to ascend to a managerial position as a Legal Manager at PT Pacific Fiber Indonesia (a company group of Raja Garuda Mas) from 2010 - 2013. His dedication and sharp legal acumen quickly propelled him forward, securing the role a Head of Legal & Compliance for PT Asuransi Jiwa Sequis Life (overseeing not only Sequis Life, but also Sequis Group, comprising PT Asuransi Jiwa Sequis Financial and PT Sequis Asset Management) from 2013 - 2020. Ready to take on greater challenges, he transitioned into the C-suite in 2020 as a Director & CCO (Chief Compliance Officer) at PT Hanwha Life Insurance Indonesia, where he played a critical role in shaping the company's compliance strategies and corporate governance. His unwavering integrity and commitment to excellence further strengthened his reputation, leading to his promotion and appointment as a Director and Chief Compliance, Risk & Culture Officer in 2022

Deeply committed to his faith, he dedicates his time and efforts to fostering spiritual growth and community service. He is also actively involved in the company’s CSR (corporate social responsibility) initiatives—beginning with financial literacy talks for university students and extending to business entrepreneurs across various regions in Indonesia

His exceptional leadership and unwavering commitment to excellence have earned him prestigious recognition in the legal and corporate world. In 2024, he was honoured as Indonesia’s Most Respected In-House Counsel in the Insurance Sector at the Indonesian In-House Counsel Summit & Awards which held by HukumOnline. His influence extends beyond the legal field, as evidenced by his nomination for the Next Top 200 Leaders Awards in 2022 by Infobank Magazine, strengthen his reputation as a visionary leader. Under his leadership — driven by everyone's collaboration and dedication — PT Hanwha Life Insurance Indonesia celebrated an extraordinary achievement in 2024, securing six prestigious awards across multiple domains: Top Human Capital Awards, Notable Regulatory Compliance (Gold), and Top GRC Awards. These accolades were a result of collective efforts and a commitment to excellence in governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC), reinforcing the company’s position as an industry leader. Further cementing its reputation, PT Hanwha Life Insurance Indonesia was also nominated among Indonesia's Best 50 CSR Brand Equity Awards in 2024 by The Iconomics, showcasing its dedication to corporate social responsibility and sustainable impact

During his first job, when his idealism was still strong, but his resilience had yet to be built, he often found himself overwhelmed, questioning whether he could endure the challenges of the workplace. His resilience strengthened, his mindset shifted, and he grew into the leader that positioned him into the person he is today

This fearless approach to challenges has been the driving force behind his ascent to the Board of Directors at PT Hanwha Life Insurance Indonesia which is a part of one of the biggest financial conglomerates in Korea, and also in his previous company, where he was also serving on the Board of Commissioners in one of the subsidiaries of Sequis Group (PT AJWCS Sinergi Satu and PT AJWCS Sinergi Dua). This position was obtained by him at a remarkably young age.
