He has highly concerned on social issues and mental health, which is manifested through various personal initiatives. One of the ongoing social projects is @SuaraNoire, an empathy platform designed to be a safe space for individuals to express their concerns, inner wounds, or life experiences anonymously. Through a simple approach, placing a table, paper, and open questions, @SuaraNoire encourages community participation in writing as a form of self-therapy. This project also serves as a place for reflection for the audience and a learning tool for himself in honing empathy, especially in leading a team that is mostly from generation Z. Initiated with input from a psychologist, @SuaraNoire has succeeded in getting a positive response with an organic reach of more than 15,000 followers in a month. Previously, he had also been involved in several social activities and volunteer content. Through Cetta Virtual Society, a community initiated by his business Cetta Online Class, Ali launched a program called VolunTeach β a campaign where for every 10 students who enroll in Cetta, the team will teach English to 1 underprivileged child. although currently he is more son initiatives that are in line with his vision of forming an Indonesian society that is more aware of humanitarian values ββand mental well-being.
In his career and life journey, he considers his greatest achievements not merely in the form of formal awards, but his ability to continue to overcome various challenges and pressures of life that come one after another. Although he has never personally received an award such as Forbes 30 Under 30 or other recognition, he managed to bring his company to the Top 10 LinkedIn Company in 2024 based on significant growth and impact. In the content sector, in early 2024, he had stolen the public's attention through viral political content, reaching 35 million to 38 million views on TikTok, and gaining 150,000 followers in just 29 days. During that period, not a single video he uploaded received fewer than 100,000 views on his TikTok account. Despite facing quite intense public attacks, he was able to recover from the trauma and return to work until he gave birth to Metavulus, a media educational platform focussed on personal finance and investment education. For him, every difficult phase that he has successfully faced and overcome is a truly meaningful form of achievement. Including when receiving criticism of his leadership style, he actually used it as a momentum to reflect on himself and develop empathy in leading the team. With the spirit of continuous growth, he continues to make the process of recovery and learning the core of every achievement in his life

One of the most memorable magic moments in his life actually came from a dark experience during high school, when he was the victim of severe bullying. The incident was not only physically and emotionally painful, but also ignited a passion within him to prove that he could succeed and exceed the expectations of those who had once underestimated him. The past trauma is now a fuel for motivation, which continues to drive him to fight and never give up. In addition, small but significant moments, such as a chance meeting with a potential business partner and finally befriending a successful trader, also determined his career path. He believes that the courage to take the first step, even in a seemingly trivial situation, can drastically change the direction of a person's life
For his future plans, he has a clear and personal vision: to achieve financial freedom before the age of 40 and spend his old age with his wife in Japan, which he considers his second home. In addition, professionally, After teaching over 60,000 students in just five years, he wants to continue developing his vision through CETTA to make Indonesian people world citizens. His goal is to transform CETTA into the largest language learning platform in Indonesia. As 2025 marks a historic year in the evolution of Artificial Intelligence (AI), he aims to harness this momentum by integrating AI technology into CETTA, enabling the platform to reach wider audiences and create even greater impact. The creation of CETTA was inspired by his own experience during college, when he saw many potentials of young Indonesians that were lost simply because they lacked self-confidence and were limited by language. Therefore, he wants to create an ecosystem that empowers the younger generation to be more courageous, open, and globally connected with or without technology such as AI and digital communities as a medium. For him, self-confidence and access to international experience are the keys for Indonesia to appear more confident on the world stage.
The key to his success is the ability to endlessly overcome problems, both internal and external, and continue to grow from each challenge. Although initially not a book reader, he forced himself to learn in order to grow. Talent shows his strength in futuristic thinking, input, and competition which grew from the experience of being bullied. On the other hand, he realised his empathy was low, and he tried to train it through social projects such as @SuaraNoire. For him, success is about defeating yourself and learning from the process that opens the way to achievement.
