Voluntary / Community work with Junior Chamber International United Penang, a local grassroots organization affiliated to the JCI worldwide organization of young leaders - Car Boots Barter Trade (CBBT) 2016 as Organizing Chairman for the projects. CBBT programs can assist in reversing the spending power and Enhancing Economy Growth by bartering trading items without involving any monetary terms. CBBT is a program that provides a positive platform for participants to exchange their unused items for items they would like to obtain. As result, the participants can allocate the budget saved for other purposes, creating a GROWTH in the Malaysian Economy; Awarded as the Best Economic Empowerment Project by JCI at the National Level in 2016 and the Pacific Level in 2017; Humanitarian Services - Founder and Funder for RM1 HOME & Stop the Tears Home. Alvin Poh as "Exco Kehormat" (Honorary life executive board member) for Community Policing Malaysia, co -founded "RM1 Home" and "Stop the Tears Home" at Taman Puchong Perdana in 2017. He strategically planned and funded the homes with his finance, together with his co - founder, Dato' Paul Lim; Alvin is an entrepreneur - philanthropist who support and advocate human right and equality in mankind; Believes in taking action to create positive change for the underprivileged community by providing sustainable solutions to resolve community issues. Persistently, provides monthly financial contributions to Penang Handicapped Welfare Association; Also provides temporary financial support to several unfortunate adults who have lost their employment and earnings; Supports the Underprivileged, he adopted a child in Africa under the WATOTO program, donation for Charitable Organisation's Education Program and monthly financial contributions to Penang Handicapped Welfare Association - Penang
