O Fractional CTO of The Workforce Studio B xx.xx.xxxx BP Bandung, Indonesia F Andre was born into an Indonesian family with strong values centered on education, resilience and integrity. The passing of his father in 1996 became a defining moment that prompted his return from the United States to Indonesia, reinforcing his appreciation for family responsibilities and life's priorities. In 2005, he married Mina Yohandputri, whom he regards as the most influential person in both his personal and professional life. Married on his birthday, the couple have shared over two decades together, during which Mina has continually encouraged him to pursue not only professional excellence but also a balanced and meaningful life. Andre often credits his wife for teaching him that success should not be measured solely by achievement and sacrifice, but also by the ability to create lasting memories, nurture relationships, maintain physical and mental well-being, and appreciate life's journey. In the same year, he earned the prestigious Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) credential from ISACA, further reinforcing his expertise in technology governance and enterprise risk management. His other professional credentials include recognition as a TAISE Certification Training Reviewer by the Cloud Security Alliance (2025), the Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK v4) (2024), completion of the FinTech Foundation Program Flex by 10x1000 Tech for Inclusion (2022), TOGAF 9 Enterprise Architect Certification (2017), Professional Scrum Master I certification (2015), and IASA Foundation Certification in IT Architecture (2013). Among his proudest achievements is making the transition from corporate executive to entrepreneur. Establishing The Workforce Studio represented more than a career change; it was a personal milestone that gave him the opportunity to build something of his own and apply his experience in a different way. Equally significant is his personal realisation that true success extends beyond career milestones, embracing happiness, meaningful relationships and living a balanced, purpose-driven life WaCW Andre has contributed articles and commentary on technology, cybersecurity, cloud computing and digital transformation. His published works include Revisiting Technology Lock-In in the Cloud, published by CIO Advisor APAC (2019), and Security and Agility in the Cloud, published by APAC CIO Outlook (2019). In 2026, he launched PhishTales, a weekly newsletter that uses short, relatable stories to help business leaders and employees recognise everyday cybersecurity risks and understand how seemingly ordinary actions can lead to security incidents. Through his writing, Andre seeks to make complex technology and cybersecurity issues accessible to non-technical audiences and encourage practical, informed decision-making. CaSA Andre believes strongly in giving back to the community by sharing his experience and helping develop future leaders. Since 2019, he has been involved with MentorsHub, a Singapore non-profit mentoring organisation, initially as a mentor supporting young professionals in their personal and professional development. He subsequently took on a broader leadership role and currently serves as Chairman of its Board, contributing to the organisation's direction and development. Beyond MentorsHub, Andre shares his experience through speaking engagements and his professional advisory work, helping business leaders and SMEs navigate issues such as cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and technological change. He believes that sharing knowledge and investing in people are meaningful ways to extend the impact of his professional experience beyond his own work. H He enjoys travelling, reading non-fiction books, following technology and business developments, and continuously acquiring new knowledge through lifelong learning LS English, Indonesian J Andre's personal journey reflects resilience, adaptability and a lifelong commitment to continuous growth. From leaving Indonesia to pursue higher education in the United States, returning home after the loss of his father, building an international consulting career, relocating between Indonesia and Singapore, and eventually venturing into entrepreneurship, each chapter has shaped his perspective on leadership and success. Rather than defining success solely by financial achievement or career advancement, he evaluates his life annually through several equally important dimensions, including career, family, relationships, health, community contribution and personal fulfilment. He believes genuine success lies in being content with one's progress while continuously striving to improve. In 2007, following his wife's promotion to Singapore, he transferred to Accenture Singapore, where he continued serving regional clients until 2011. He was subsequently recruited by Commonwealth Bank of Australia to return to Indonesia, holding progressively senior leadership roles including Lead of IT Project Managers, Head of IT Digital Banking, and eventually Head of IT Architecture and Strategic Planning, leading large-scale technology initiatives until 2017. Pursuing his long-standing passion for technology innovation, he accepted the role of Chief Technology Officer at Singapore-based fintech start-up CCR Manager in 2017. Although the venture eventually ceased operations, the experience broadened his entrepreneurial perspective and strengthened his professional network. He later joined other technology companies including Kashtec, an e-commerce technology firm (2020–2021), and KashLab, a supply chain financing technology start-up (2022–2023), both in executive technology leadership positions. After more than two decades in senior technology leadership roles across large corporations and technology startups, Andre decided to take a different path by establishing his own consultancy. He recognised that many small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) faced important technology decisions without access to experienced technology leadership. In 2022, he founded The Workforce Studio in Singapore to bridge this gap, offering Fractional CTO and independent technology advisory services. While Andre's professional journey has been shaped by his passion for technology and entrepreneurship, his personal outlook has been deeply influenced by his wife, Mina. She helped him recognise that happiness should not be postponed until retirement or the achievement of career goals; instead, life should be enjoyed throughout the journey. This philosophy continues to guide both his leadership style and personal life. Looking ahead, Andre hopes to grow The Workforce Studio into a trusted partner for SMEs seeking practical and independent technology leadership. He is particularly passionate about helping businesses strengthen their cybersecurity, make informed decisions about emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, and use technology as an enabler of business growth. Beyond his professional ambitions, he remains committed to maintaining a fulfilling personal life, nurturing meaningful relationships and contributing to the community.
