She has served as the National Treasurer of PPK SUBUD Indonesia, a spiritual and cultural organisation with a global presence. In this role, she contributed her financial expertise to strengthen the organisation’s operations and community programs. Her commitment to social responsibility also extends to philanthropic initiatives. Andrina has been involved in nonprofit efforts aimed at supporting development in remote areas of Indonesia, reflecting her belief in the importance of giving back to society. Through these activities, she demonstrates a balance between her corporate responsibilities and her dedication to community service, highlighting her vision of leadership that combines both business success and meaningful social contribution.; Driven by purpose and precision, Andrina has redefined the role of finance leadership by integrating ESG principles into operational strategy. In 2023, she spearheaded the Oriflame Sustainable Hero campaign, a landmark initiative that mobilised employees, brand partners, and local communities to plant over 3,200 trees across Jakarta, Surabaya, Denpasar, and Makassar. The campaign is focussed on mangrove restoration and urban greening, directly supporting seven UN Sustainable Development Goals, including climate action, life on land, and responsible consumption.

Her eldest is now building a career in Melbourne, Australia, while her second daughter is pursuing a prestigious double degree at Universitas Indonesia in partnership with a university in the Netherlands. Despite physical distance, Andrina has maintained a deep bond with her children, instilling perseverance and independence. Their achievements reflect her unwavering love and her ability to thrive in both career and family life, supported by her husband’s steadfast encouragement.
