Andy Lam Yi Feng

Andy’s educational background has been a journey of growth and realization. Although he didn't complete his diploma due to his playful attitude when he was young, he has come to appreciate the importance of education and higher learning over time. Even now, he intends to further his studies, particularly in his field, to upgrade his skills and finish his diploma. This is part of his goal, which he aims to achieve within the next one or two years.

After finishing his national service, Andy worked in several temporary customer service roles before securing a full-time position at Fiduciary Asia Group. There, he managed legal aspects of company registration, financial year-end submissions, and shareholder changes. He later joined a Japanese company, Hit Japan, in a marketing role, where he assisted with their IPO and managed operations, focusing on out-of-home digital advertising in washrooms. Two years later, Andy entered his current industry as a service technician, working with automatic transfer switches and load banks. This hands-on role allowed him to understand the product and customer needs. He quickly moved into sales, marketing, and accounting roles. Despite his progress, Andy's position remained stagnant, prompting him to leave the company. After struggling to find similar job opportunities, he and his partner decided to start their own company - M-Acrom Pte Ltd, leveraging their extensive experience and expertise in the field.

Andy considers his greatest achievement to be securing the distributorship from Schneider Electric SE for M-Acrom Pte Ltd. Personally, he feels this is a significant milestone, as it is not easy to obtain such recognition and partnership, especially considering that M-Acrom Pte Ltd was only incorporated in 2020. This accomplishment stands out to Andy, even if others might not fully grasp its significance.

Andy enjoys night driving, often taking trips to various places with his wife. They explore new destinations together, indulging his passion for food hunting. As a food lover, Andy delights in discovering and trying out different culinary delights wherever they go.

Andy’s personal magic moment is happening right now. His wife is pregnant, and he is eagerly looking forward to this new chapter in his life. Beyond his career and professional achievements, this period stands out as a unique milestone. It represents a different model in life, one that is filled with anticipation and significance. Andy is excited about what lies ahead, cherishing this special time.

Andy believes his success is rooted in several key principles. Firstly, his attitude plays a crucial role, emphasizing the importance of being disciplined and humble. He values strong character and upholds his values consistently. He acknowledges that suffering is a significant part of the journey, as it builds resilience and fortitude. Lastly, Andy continuously seeks opportunities, always on the lookout for ways to grow and improve.
