His greatest qualitative achievement was accelerating digital transformation at PT Semen Indonesia in less than 3 years, even though the company had a fairly traditional business model. This transformation was not only fast, but also made PT Semen Indonesia a benchmark for other BUMNs in terms of digitalisation. According to him, this was one of the most memorable moments in his career

His Personal Magic Moment was during the COVID-19 pandemic. During that period, when businesses had come to a halt and jobs were hard to find, he was still employed at IBM. This condition opened his eyes that finding a job and money was very difficult, so he learned to be more appreciative of what he had. Since then, he has become a more grateful person, even in difficult situations - for instance, when he doesn't get a bonus - because he still feels lucky to still have a job

He plans to continue contributing to the digital transformation of BUMN, especially considering that almost 80-100 BUMN in Indonesia still need better management and transformation. With a background in IT and digital, he feels that there are many opportunities to improve BUMN management to be more efficient and relevant in today's digital era. In addition, he also wants to play an active role in helping BUMN in Indonesia implement faster digital changes, to support the achievement of a more advanced and prosperous Golden Indonesia

He explained that the key to success lies in two main things, Integrity and Persistence. Integrity, according to him, involves trust in carrying out responsibilities, which is the basis for maintaining self-quality in every aspect of life and career. In addition, a persistent attitude is also very important. He emphasised the importance of not giving up easily, even when facing failure or challenges. By continuing to try and persist, even though the results are not yet visible, success will eventually be achieved. In addition, he mentioned that while having a vision can be an added value in one's career journey, still, integrity and persistence are the two most fundamental things to achieve success.
