Interestingly, his entry into this current position at a state-owned company was a bit of a leap of faith. He didn't have any existing connections or prior relationships within the Indonesia Tourism Development Corporation (ITSC) organization. Instead, it was a word-of-mouth referral from a friend that opened the door, leading him to a place where he was initially a complete stranger
He doesn't just build; he shapes visions. With a keen eye for both aesthetics and operational flow, he undertakes consultancy projects that bridge the worlds of architecture and hospitality. From conceptualizing stunning designs to optimizing guest experiences, his expertise ensures every project isn't just built, but brought to life with purpose and precision
In any endeavor, from personal growth to large-scale innovation, success rarely materializes instantaneously. It is instead the product of a fundamental adherence to three core principles trust in the process, patience, and persistence Trust in the process underscores the understanding that meaningful outcomes are built step by step, through a series of interconnected actions and developments. It involves believing in the methodology and the phased approach, rather than seeking immediate gratification Patience is the quiet strength to endure delays, setbacks, and the often-protracted timelines inherent in complex undertakings. It is the antithesis of the "instant" mentality, acknowledging that significant achievements require time to mature and unfold Finally, persistence is the unwavering commitment to continue despite obstacles. It's the resolve to push forward, learn from failures, and adapt strategies until the desired objective is reached. This consistent effort, combined with patience and a belief in the process, forms the bedrock of lasting accomplishment.
