Arnold is a psychologist and human resources professional who began his career from the very bottom as a management trainee and worked his way up to become a Human Resources Director. His journey has been driven by his passion as both a psychologist and an economist, with a deep desire to create meaningful change through the management and development of people. Beyond his professional roles, he's actively involved in several work-related communities, including Industrial and Organizational Psychologist, Gerakan Nasional Indonesia Kompeten and HR Director Indonesia Community. His dedication extends to internal corporate social responsibility initiatives, where he notably took on the role of Head of the Organising Committee for Ramadhan at Indosat, Samsung Employee Club, and judge of Astra Innovation Contest. He played a key part in fostering a spirit of community and connection. His expertise is highly aiming to help them prepare for the professional world sought after; he frequently receives invitations to speak at various events, companies and educational institutions, sharing his experiences with students across different campuses to prepare them successfully entering professional world.

He defines his "Personal Magic Moment" as finding a deeper divine plan in what initially appears to be failure. He believes that when we pursue a goal and don't achieve the desired outcome, embracing that "failure" with gratitude can reveal a greater purpose. This was exemplified when he initially failed to gain admission to a state university. He then enrolled in a private university, studying economics. The following year, he tried again and successfully gained admission to Gadjah Mada University, studying psychology. He remarkably completed both degrees within four years, proving to many that diligence, seriousness, and sincere effort can lead to extraordinary achievements

Currently, he is actively engaged as a speaker at various seminars, frequently receiving invitations from companies and educational institutions to share his insights

He believes that while God determines our lives, we also possess the agency to make things happen. His guiding principle is, "Taking action today to be relevant tomorrow." This quote reflects his conviction that since the future is unknown, it's crucial to constantly adapt and act in ways that remain relevant to the times.
