"The day when I had to transfer 300 colonies of stingless bees from their old location to my own farm, after buying the colonies when I was just starting out in 2015. Back then, the colonies were housed in logs and because I was working by myself, there was no-one else who could help me carry them. It took hours to transport them, and carrying them was extremely tough work, something I had to do in three batches. Looking back, the process of transferring those 300 logs until after midnight and how exhausted I felt after that, stands out as a memory in the early days of my career, it proves how determined I was and how much I wanted my business to do well."

"Always being focused and persistent, when I am interested in something, I go all out and make sure I complete the job. Networking is also very important, as is being friendly and open with people. I believe that it is essential to see the best in others and to always see things in a positive light."
