In addition, he has written professional articles such as Shareholder Rights and Activism in Lexology In-Depth and The Use of Discretion: Ease of Doing Business within the Business Licensing Process, addressing shareholder rights and business licensing practices in Indonesia. His insights have also been featured in media outlets like Men’s Obsession Magazine, where he emphasises the importance of dedication, integrity, and professional ethics for legal practitioners. One of the most memorable moments in Bagus’s life was receiving the Chevening Scholarship to pursue an LL.M. at the University of Manchester (2004–2005). Another defining moment was building Bagus Enrico & Partners from the ground up alongside Enrico. The journey of growing the law firm from scratch into one of the most respected firms in Indonesia and the Asia Pacific became a pivotal turning point in his life.
