From a young age, he dreamed of becoming a doctor to help patients. Now, being in hospital management, he feels incredibly grateful to have achieved more than he ever imagined. Not only is he able to help patients, but he can also create a larger impact by improving the lives of doctors and hospital staff, and even positively influencing the wider community through the programmes run by the hospital management

In 2018, he lost his second son due to a diaphragm hernia. He was incredibly angry and disappointed, especially because, as a doctor working at the same hospital, he felt he should have been able to save his child. He was furious with the healthcare system. However, over time, he realised that God was preparing something even better through this difficult situation. In 2021, God blessed him and his wife with the arrival of their third son. Then in 2024, he moved with his family from Palembang to Surabaya, where they found a better quality of life, a vibrant community, and top schools for their children

At Mayapada Hospital, he is planning an expansion that includes adding more parking facilities and constructing an additional Oncology Center tower, equipped with state-of-the-art technology and facilities, for cancer patients. This expansion reflects his commitment to making a lasting impact and leaving a legacy at Mayapada Hospital Surabaya
