1975 - 1981 Door to door salesperson selling encyclopedia, rose to the rank of regional manager; 1975 - 1981 Started his own company selling Sesame Street children encyclopedia; Sold the company after recognizing the shifting dynamics of children towards animation and moved on to the education industry as an entrepreneur for the Montessori education models and principles; 1989 - present Started Modern Montessori International Group (MMI), beginning with teacher training and the first pre-school in 1991
