Cinta
Cinta Laura Kiehl grew up between two worlds: the discipline of Germany and the warmth of Indonesia. Her father instilled structure, focus, and an exacting work ethic, while her mother passed on compassion and a sense of duty to those without a voice. After first rising to fame as an actress and recording artist, Cinta has since built a career that extends far beyond entertainment. Today, she leads creative ventures that use media not just for storytelling, but as a tool for empathy, critical thinking, and cultural progress. For her, media is as essential as education in shaping society: raising its standard is key to positioning Indonesia globally. Influenced by the resilience of Oprah Winfrey, the humanitarian vision of Angelina Jolie, and the commanding strength of Margaret Thatcher, Cinta has carved a path defined by both discipline and empathy — with the aim of building work that uplifts others as much as herself

Cinta’s greatest achievement lies not in awards, but in how she has redefined success and her role in society. Since returning to Indonesia in 2019, she has shifted her focus from celebrity to social impact, driven by a conviction that media and creativity can be catalysts for change. Witnessing how survivors of sexual violence are better supported in other countries inspired her to help push for a more just system at home. Her initiatives reflect this purpose. During the Covid-19 pandemic, she launched *Puella*, a digital platform that opened dialogue on taboo social issues. She later founded PT Cinta Paras Semesta (CPS), a boutique creative venture studio designed to merge culture, commerce, and impact. Through CPS, she has built an ecosystem: Otherlands, a production powerhouse; Paraswara, a media channel producing entertaining yet educational content; Rumah Sraddha Semesta, a creative community hub; LVCID Studio, a storytelling and digital production unit; ABSTRKT, which supports Indonesian musicians with global reach; and Temu Kamu, an F&B concept that doubles as a cultural venue. Each unit is distinct, but together they move in synergy to advance Indonesia’s creative industries. For Cinta, true achievement is not measured by fame alone, but by creating meaningful impact, building platforms that empower the next generation, and positioning Indonesia to thrive on the global stage

Outside of work, Cinta maintains balance through sports, travel, creativity and advocacy. A lifelong athlete who once excelled in swimming, track, high jump, and basketball, she continues to live an active lifestyle. She embraces travel as a way to learn and expand her perspective, shows deep compassion for animals (especially cats) and channels her creativity into directing projects and developing new concepts. She also finds fulfillment in sharing ideas through public speeches and keynote forums. Together, these pursuits reflect not only her drive for achievement but also her commitment to self-growth, creativity, and meaningful impact
At 13, just six months into her career, Cinta received the Best Actress award, becoming the youngest and least experienced nominee among established contenders — a milestone that marked her early rise. By 20, she graduated cum laude in only three years from Columbia University, one of the world’s top institutions, an achievement made more remarkable by its demanding academic environment. Her international career expanded into both film and fashion. She has starred in international productions while also serving as a global spokesperson for L’Oréal, walking at Paris Fashion Week and sharing the stage with icons such as Jane Fonda, Kendall Jenner, Eva Longoria and Heidi Klum. She has been a regular presence at the Cannes Film Festival, representing both her work and Indonesia on one of the world’s most prestigious cultural stages. In 2022, she became the only woman and the youngest commissioner under 30 at PT Maharaksa Biru Energi Tbk, a role she continues to hold with pride. Beyond this, she represents Indonesia at global events with brands including Bvlgari, Coach and Omega, further affirming her influence on the international stage
Since childhood, Cinta has dreamed of building a foundation with the reach and impact of the Gates Foundation, driving change on both national and international levels. She has begun realising this vision as an executive producer, developing original films that confront underexplored yet urgent social issues, including women’s rights. Guided by a belief in art as social critique, she channels creativity not only as a form of entertainment but as a force for meaningful transformation
For Cinta, success is built on discipline, purpose, and resilience. She believes talent is only a starting point, while consistency and the courage to persevere through challenges define true achievement. Her work is aligned with a larger mission: to inspire, empower, and create opportunities for others. To her, struggles and setbacks are not obstacles but essential lessons that give success deeper meaning and fulfillment greater reward.
