He is active in various social activities that demonstrate his dedication to community empowerment, especially in the cooperative sector. Since 2019, he has served as a member of the Central Indonesian Cooperative Council, and has been re-elected for a term of office until 2029. His involvement in this institution is voluntary and not profit-oriented, reflecting his commitment to the development of cooperatives in Indonesia. In addition, he also acts as a competency assessor in the cooperative sector, an unpopular but very crucial field. Through this role, he helps individuals, especially those with low educational backgrounds, to gain recognition for their competence. This activity is a combination of social and semi-commercial aspects, but remains oriented towards empowerment and increasing the capacity of human resources in the cooperative sector.

During his professional career, he has made a number of significant achievements that reflect his dedication and consistency in working professionally. He always tries to give his best in every field he is involved in, with a commitment to achieving results through a process that is not easy. One of the most meaningful achievements for him is building and developing a company from scratch. When he started at Kapital in 2017, he was only accompanied by one staff. However, thanks to perseverance, strong leadership, and the right business strategy, the company has now grown to around 22 employees. Although it may seem small to some, for him this achievement is the result of hard work and resilience in facing challenges, and is real proof of his success in building a sustainable business in conditions that are not always easy

He said that one of the important moments in his life was when he started a business, which became the starting point of a major learning in his career. The experience taught him that starting a business is not easy and it is not enough to just have big capital or courage, but a combination of both. He emphasized the importance of considering business sustainability, especially regarding responsibility towards employees. From the various failures he experienced, especially around 2012, he learned to always get back up, rebuilding the business with an undying spirit. In addition, the experience of being a journalist was also a magical moment that shaped him. According to him, being a journalist is not only about the opportunity to see big things or explore many places, but more about the opportunity to be egalitarian and experience life from various levels of society without distinguishing between social status. He enjoyed the freedom to live his time and learned to appreciate the diversity of human experiences, which then gave him a broader and deeper perspective on life.

He emphasized that future planning is very focused on positive contributions to society. In his role as a teacher and trainer, he always emphasizes a humble attitude and willingness to help selflessly, especially to colleagues in the campus environment. He believes that his existence does not need to be debated excessively, simply by providing assistance if he is able. Although he has a commercial orientation in business, he is committed to continuing to share his knowledge and experience with as many people as possible, in the hope of providing a broad social impact. In addition, he also strives to maintain a balance between sharing and maintaining financial sustainability, so that he can continue to contribute sustainably in the future.

The secret to success according to him is the determination to not give up easily. He believes that nothing is truly impossible to do as long as we are willing to try and do it seriously. If someone feels something is impossible to achieve, according to him it is often a reflection of a reluctant or lazy attitude to take the necessary action.
