He takes great pride in being a book author, despite the profession often being overlooked. However, through his books, he has gained recognition from other countries, which granted him scholarships worth billions of rupiah. One of his most unforgettable moments was receiving one of the scholarships during the Covid-19 pandemic, which allowed him to pursue a PhD while being well-supported and cared for by his family. He is deeply grateful for this blessing
Beyond his role as Lecturer at President University, he stays active with regular workouts and plans to digitise his books to make them more fun, entertaining and engaging
For him, the secret to success lies in the following: Smart communication aims to achieve a uniform perception or understanding among those who communicate. This shared perception would subsequently lead to the attainment of 'zero mistake'. Work Ethos promotes the mindset 'do the best at all times'. The understanding achieved through smart communication is then actualised with proper work ethos—the best possible effort yields the best possible outcomes. Achieving optimal practical results requires the proper supervisory skills. A great supervisor facilitates this, while 'all could be innovators!' inspires individuals in the workplace to be genuinely creative and innovative.
