1. When the tsunami struck Aceh, I was entrusted with carrying relief funds to Banda Aceh on an organisational aircraft. In severe weather and with limited communication, we repeatedly failed to land. Thanks to emergency navigation, we finally succeeded. This experience taught me that working in an NGO requires more than just good intentions—it demands great sacrifice; 2. During a maternal and child health mission in Nias, our boat started leaking and sent out an SOS signal. I chose to stay calm, reassuring the team until we reached safety. From this, I learned that composure during crises greatly impacts a team's survival; 3. While studying in England, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I chose to stay, undergo full treatment, and complete my studies. Many doubted me, but I refused to give up. This experience taught me to live with purpose and never surrender to circumstances

Utilising social media (Instagram & Facebook) for parenting and child health education; Sharing insights on How to Raise Happy Children based on personal experience as a mother of two; Mother & Child Program – Outer Islands of Nias, Educating mothers on breastfeeding, healthy nutrition, and family gardening for food security; Programmes on hygiene, health, and environmental awareness for children in remote areas; Mobile Clinic – Nias Island; Providing mobile healthcare services for 10+ years to communities in remote islands; TPT (Tuberculosis Prevention) Programme, Training healthcare workers & educating communities in Tapanuli Utara, Toba, and Dairi (2023–2024); disaster emergency response to various areas including Aceh, Nias, West Sumatera and Palu
