Graduation day in Hong Kong was a deeply emotional moment, with my parents attending the ceremony and witnessing their pride firsthand. Seeing their expressions made me realise the immense impact of their unwavering support throughout my journey. During my undergraduate studies, I faced one of my biggest challenges while managing a large university event with over 200 committee members. Financial difficulties threatened its success, but through perseverance and teamwork, we overcame the obstacles. A turning point in my life came when I encountered a simple yet powerful message about parents’ sacrifices, reinforcing the values of perseverance and gratitude. My struggles in Hong Kong further tested my resilience as I balanced my responsibilities as a research assistant, attended evening classes, and endured long commutes during Ramadan. These experiences shaped my determination and strengthened my commitment to overcoming challenges
