Amid the whirlwind of professional demands, he remains anchored that life must be lived in harmony. For him, his life isn’t defined by a single magical moment as it is a continuous cycle. The highs and lows are part of the rhythm, not a disruption. What truly matters is the overall graphic: keep your life’s graph moving upward.
Despite wearing many hats as a researcher, consultant, lecturer, and main commissioner, Jerry continues to chase knowledge with relentless curiosity. He’s currently pursuing a law degree at the Suryadarma University, proving that he is a lifelong learner. His passion doesn’t stop at personal growth. He’s now laying the foundation for a new professional association, recognizing the evolving intersection between Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and the rising global emphasis on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG).
Jerry lives by a rhythm of purpose: working while praying, and praying while working. It’s a fusion of persistence, consistency, and passion, where discipline meets devotion. Second, if you want to master something, dig into it deeper and explore many things. Surface-level effort won’t yield excellence. Explore widely, study relentlessly, and commit to it fully. Expertise is earned, not given. And in a world that never stops evolving, you have to always sharpen your skills, refresh your knowledge, and continuously update with the emerging trends. Otherwise, you'll be eliminated. Growth isn’t optional. It’s a kind of survival.
