Rizqi's journey is a testament to relentless ambition and never-ending dedication. With a vision to shape Indonesia's future through state-owned enterprise, he has continuously pushed boundaries, proving that dedication and strategic execution can turn dreams into reality. He began his career at PT Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia (INTI) in 2010 as a Software Developer. His excellent technical skills brought him to a higher level as a Senior Project Manager in 2013, followed by a Technical Support Manager in 2014, ensuring the seamless execution of nationwide projects. By 2016, he took charge as Head of Engineering, managing multiple divisions and delivering impactful results. His ability to lead and innovate earned him a pivotal role as Director at PT INTI Konten Indonesia (INTENS) in 2017, where he oversaw Marketing, Operations and Finance, expanding the company's footprint. Returning to the parent company in 2020, he became the Vice President of Corporate Secretary, Strategic Planning, and Business Development from 2021 to 2023, crafting transformational strategies that became the guiding principles for PT INTI. In 2023, his commitment to excellence finally culminated in his appointment as CEO of PT INTENS, marking a historic milestone as the youngest C-level executive in the organisation’s history. His rise is more than a career trajectory — it is a proof of perseverance, innovation and strategic leadership, proving that when passion meets purpose, boundaries dissolve

Rizqi took centre stage at 17th IRSA International Conference in Lombok, where his idea on the Implementation of E-Voting was both published and presented to a global audience. His research not only explored the technological advancements in digital voting systems but also tackled the critical challenges of security, accessibility and efficiency in the election process. By showcasing innovative solutions, Rizqi’s work contributed to shaping the future of electronic voting in Indonesia, reinforcing his expertise in digital transformation and governance

As the CEO of PT INTENS, he stands at the forefront, representing the company’s vision and innovation at every opportunity. Whether introducing innovative and solutive products, engaging with top media like Pikiran Rakyat, proudly accepting company awards, or representing company in a prestigious event such as the International Smart City Conference (2023), he consistently reinforces PT INTENS’s reputation as a leader in the industry. Beyond his role as a CEO of PT INTENS, he takes the stage as a key speaker, sharing his expertise and visionary insights with diverse audiences. From engaging discussions at SPADA Selamat Pagi on RRI Pro 2 Bandung 96.0 FM, to delivering perspectives at the FHCI Summit 2019, at ITDRI Digital Expo by Telkom in 2022, and at Digital Leadership by Sriwijaya Digital Conference in 2022, he consistently sparks meaningful conversations. His sharing extends to strategic dialogues with PT PLN (Persero) Executives in 2022, where he shares actionable frameworks for sustainable innovation implementation. Beyond his professional career, Rizqi extends his leadership to his local community, serving as the head of his residential association, where he fosters unity and social harmony among 130 families. His ability to bridge diverse perspectives and cultivate a collaborative environment encourages him to be active in society too

Under his leadership, PT INTENS successfully earned several awards. Amongst them are: Winner in the Fast Enterprise Category at the Asia Pacific Enterprise Awards (2024), BUMN Track on Company Transformation (2023), and being nominated as the Fast Growth Enterprise at Asia Pacific Enterprise Awards (2025). Aside, Rizqi's significance contribution has also earned him the Satya Lencana Wirakarya award from the President of Indonesia in 2021, for having implementing the electronic voting project in more than 1000 villages in Indonesia. Moreover, he earned another prestigious award from Tech Asia in 2023 for his implementation of SIM Centralization System for the Indonesian Police Traffic Corps in 800 points. Beyond work, he received an award as the Best International Student from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 2022

His involvement extends to other activities and memberships, such as the Indonesian Millennials Human Capital Forum, Spirit of Millennials Membership, Telematics Society, Internet of Things Community, and Labor Union

For Rizqi, driving a game-changing business turnaround and achieving an astonishing 800% revenue growth in 2023 stands as a landmark achievement in his career. Yet, he firmly believes that behind every milestone, lies the dedication, collaboration and relentless drive of his team. Aside, he secured an exclusive license from the National Research and Innovation Agency for his E-Voting product, a milestone that strengthen his contributions to digital democracy and secure voting technology. Further cementing his impact, he successfully launched a TKDN-certified product for the Ministry of Communication and Digital, an initiative that gained high appreciation from users for its value and efficiency. This accomplishment reflects his ability to align technological advancements with national priorities, ensuring local industry growth and enhanced digital capabilities

During his time as a Project Manager, overseeing the delayed construction of a 3-km railway track, he found himself stuck in a cycle of analysing problems without finding a real solution. Frustration mounted every time he found out the root cause of the case. Then came a defining moment — instead of focussing on the obstacles, he shifted his mindset: focus on finishing the task, not on the problem. This perspective became his guiding philosophy in everything he does today

Every great achievement starts with a small step. Never underestimate the power of a small job — what seems inessential today can grow into something extraordinary over time. Mistakes? They’re just a steppingstone to a mastery. Failure? It’s a proof that you're pushing boundaries. But giving up? That’s the only real defeat. So, keep pushing, keep learning, and keep going.
