1986 - 1987 TEST Technician in Quality Control Department at Robert Bosch; 1987 - 1989 Youth Pastor at Reservor Garden Baptist Church; 1991 - 1993 Went to USA to complete his certification and then returned back to Reservor Garden Baptist Church as a Youth Pastor again; 1993 - 1994 Youth Pastor at Cheras Baptist Church; 1998 - 2000 Lecturer at Kolej Damansara Utama in American Transfer Service Program; 1997 - At the same time, founded Excel Point Community Church because the current church was very small and had only three members so he decided to grow the church. Today there are around 1600 members. The church uses six languages which are Mandarin, BM, BI, Hokkien, Tamil, and Vietnamese to preach. Till date, he is the Senior Pastor at the church and is running the church successfully

Authored three books titled Beginning New Life, Christian Living Station, Pre marital Counselling Manual; Interviewed by Victory Channel from Indonesia, The Star Newspaper; Wrote a book titled Found in Christ; Wrote 9 devotional books and many teaching manuals for church

Set up a ministry called 'Excel Care' which is a community care by the church that focuses on 5 major areas which are hospital care, street care, senior care, health care and children care; Set up Generasi Pemenang which is an NGO to do community projects during natural disaster, education upgrading and food care

When he was studying in USA, he registered himself in 2 schools and held 3 part time jobs. He found any possible time to work, study and sleep. He was also married at the same time. He still graduated with honors and worked really hard to build himself; Started Excel Point Community Church from zero with his wife to give people hope spiritually and impact the community. He started with only 5 people and after 24 years old there are 1600 people in his church

His parents had seven children and they were a very happy family even though they were very poor. His parents were very loving. He started selling food beach side at a young age to help his parents to gain more income. He was never bitter towards his parents because they were good parents who worked hard for them. He treasures that time very much
